Spring Cypress RV has been a full service RV center since 1994. We run a rental fleet of about forty company owned units. Our units are all well maintained and kept in excellent condition, so that your rental experience can be as enjoyable as possible.
We are located about 20 miles northwest of Houston, Texas on highway 249 in the town of Tomball, Texas. We are also about an hour away from Houston major airports.

How can I find out the total cost of a rental?
The easiest way is to go to the rental quote section of our web site. It will
list all the applicable charges etc.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Master Card, Visa, Amex, and Dinners Club.
Do I need a special License to drive a motorhome?
No. You only need a standard drivers license.
Will I need electric brakes to pull a trailer?
You will have to contact us with more information on your vehicle, where you
are going, and what trailer you are renting. Vehicles that pull trailers over
4,500 lbs. are required to have break controlers.
What is the minimum age for drivers?
All drivers must be a least 25 years old.
Do I have to buy additional insurance?
We have insurance on all of our rental units. We will need a copy of your liability
insurance card and we will run a motor vehicle report on all drivers. In case
of an accident, the renter will be responsible for our deductable.
What are the pick up and return times?
You can pick up the unit Monday-Saturday. If you pick up between 9am-12pm you
will need to return the unit between 9am-12pm. If you pick up the unit between
12pm-4pm you will need to return the unit between 12pm-4pm. All Saturday pick
ups and returns are between 10am-2pm.
Do you allow smoking in the rental units?
No. They are all non-smoking units.
Is the motor home self contained?
Yes. All our motor homes are self contained. They have on board generators for
power, complete kitchens, bathrooms and showers. They all have fresh water,
gray water, and black water tanks.
Can I tow a vehicle behind a motorhome?
It depends on the size of your vehicle and how you plan on towing it. There
is also an additional 10% charge for towing a vehicle. Please call for more

You Receive 100 FREE miles per day, 25 cents per mile thereafter. (36' Class A rental units are 32 cents per mile thereafter)
You Receive 8 FREE hours of generator use per day, $2 per hour thereafter. (36' Class A rental units are $4 an hour thereafter)
NO charge for insurance. Proof of liability coverage is required and a MVR is run on each driver.
We provide FREE storage for your car if necessary.
We require a $100/$200 cleaning deposit that will be refunded if the unit is returned in the same condition as when picked up.
Customers are liable for any damage that occurs to the unit, including freeze damage.
